Long-term rental

The offer covers car rental for a minimum of six months and it is dedicated for people who want to rent a car and do not bear the costs arising from the conclusion of the loan or lease agreements.

• possibility to choose a specific car model
• car maintenance
  (seasonal replacement of car tyres)
• possibility to exchange the car for another model during the term of the rental agreement

Medium-term rental

The offer covers car rental for a minimum of one month and it is the perfect solution for all who want to avoid the charges resulting from the lease or loan agreements. We offer a wide range of the latest car models. In addition, we provide:

• car maintenance
• assistance of Mercato account manager at any time of the day or night
• possibility to choose a specific car model
• 24h assistance
• replacement car

Replacement car

The costs of renting a replacement car are settled cashless and fully covered by the perpetrator’s third-party liability insurance. We deal with the formalities regarding the claims and payments due. Documents required for renting a replacement car:

• personal data of the perpetrator
• ID card
• driving licence
• application to the insurer

Car rental with driver

Our service includes short and long-distance transfers. We offer the English-speaking professional drivers with high personal culture. We guarantee punctuality and safe journey.

GPS

GPS is a very useful and practical device that helps you reach your destination. When reserving a car, you can also reserve a GPS navigation system. Simply select appropriate option and reserve the GPS in section: Additional Extras.

Car Safety Seat

According to the Polish law, there is a prohibition on transporting children that are less than 150 cm tall without a car safety seat. Our offer includes:

• cradles for babies (from 0 to 12 months)
• car safety seats for children
  (from 12 months to 4 years)
• booster seats (from 4 to 12 years)

Extended insurance

Our cars are covered with Third Party Liability Insurance, Motor Own Damage Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance. In the event of damage to the vehicle with the customer’s fault or lack of perpetrator (car park damage), damages are paid by the rentee, in whole or in part see
( Rental Terms and Conditions ). This can be avoided by purchasing extended insurance which fully releases the rentee from accidental damage excess. Simply select appropriate option in section: Additional Extras.

Car window insurance

It happens more than once that while driving the car, something hits our car window. These are usually stone chips or the effect of vandalism. In this case these kind of damages these are paid by the rentee, in whole or in part. This can be avoided by purchasing car window insurance which fully releases the rentee from accidental damage excess. Simply select appropriate option in section: Additional Extras.
